1. Who we are
Feulix is a premium ecommerce agency. We build and grow online businesses for our clients across Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and OnBuy, handling the work end to end: account setup, product research, listings, supplier coordination, fulfilment and account health, along with added services such as accounting, company registration and business banking support.
We have offices in Austin, Texas (United States) and Sheikhupura (Pakistan), and we work with clients across the United Kingdom and the United States.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at contact@feulix.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7880 591460.

2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring URL, approximate location (derived from your IP address), browser type and device information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example Meta, Google and TikTok) may share aggregated audience and conversion data with us.
- Marketplace partners (for example Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and OnBuy) may share the data needed to manage your accounts, with your authorisation.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU GDPR)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to deliver the services you engage us for.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure and improve our website and respond to enquiries, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies, marketing emails and any optional information you choose to share.

5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and run advertising campaigns. Categories include:
- Essential cookies: required for the site to work.

6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms and payment processors, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Marketplace partners: when needed to manage your accounts and campaigns on your behalf, with your authorisation.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: when required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights.
- Successors in interest: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States and Pakistan and work with clients in several countries, so your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred from the UK or EU, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or for as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
